		<description><![CDATA[We are a small company working hard to maintain business levels in an economy that is weak.  If we are mandated to provide Obama Care for our employees, we will, most likely,  not be able to stay in business.  Not only do we not know what cost is involved at the detailed implementation level but we cannot absorb the costs involved with providing coverage in our business model.  Our current policy is explained to any person interviewing with our company and it is their choice to continue in the interview process knowing what is included in  the employment opportunity.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Unfortunately, with freedom of speech, the internet has allowed many to vent their feelings and frustrations - many doing so without thinking about the consequences of doing so.  Whether it is an employer who sees it or a future employer who is doing a background screening of a potential hire - venting about your supervisor on-line is NEVER a good idea.

However, companies must ensure that they have effective, skilled managers that know how to communicate with their team appropriately which makes for a better work environment for all.]]></description>
