Much time and effort is spent recruiting the most qualified employees. We have close relationships with area business colleges and universities. In addition to advertising, we attend job fairs, hold special events and provide competitive benefits to retain our high quality employees.
Skill Validation
Each applicant is given an assessment to measure proficiency in filing, math, spelling and vocabulary. In addition, using our computer-based Qwiz® skill and software testing system we assess each applicant on the most widely-used software programs. This provides us with documentation of skills and software proficiencies
In-Depth Interview
Our experienced staff spends a considerable amount of time with each potential employee. We probe to determine career goals, areas of interest, past successes and future desires.
Reference Checking
Our goal is to check a minimum of two employment references on each employee before they are assigned. These references provide insight on an applicant's reliability, experience level and strengths. At the request of a client, we are also equipped to search driving and criminal records and can schedule pre-employment drug screenings or physicals.
