Utilizing Availability alleviates the time and expense our clients incur from recruiting, interviewing, assessing skills and checking the references of a potential new employee.

Temporary-to-permanent employees are assigned for a trial period with the expectation that the assignment may lead into a permanent full-time or part-time position with a client. This program allows you to have an employee diligently working, producing and maintaining the workload.

With the temporary-to-permanent approach, there is no cost of recruiting and screening potential employees. You simply provide us with the requirements and salary range of the vacancy and we will search our employee base for the best fit. Although we are confident you will be pleased with our selected employee, you have the option to interview our candidate prior to starting any assignment.

This program allows both the company and the potential employee to "test the waters" and make sure that the best match has been made. It allows you, the customer, to evaluate the employee in your own environment before making a hiring commitment.

During the temporary phase of employment, Availability handles all payroll, taxes, insurance and benefit liabilities. You are billed weekly only for the hours the employee has worked.

When a temporary field employee is hired by a client, a transfer charge may be due. This payroll transfer charge is based on the total number of hours our field employee has worked for your company and decreases as the total hours worked increases. You will find that our transfer charges are MORE THAN competitive in this market.
